Tesco have introduced a new kiosk as a Proof of Concept in it’s Woolwich store amongst others. The design appears to be their e-commerce website transcoded (using Usablenet) using a piece of hardware designed by retec-interface. They appear also to have a solution for integration Chip & PIN as a payment method into their device. The device looks very similar to the Pyramid Polytouch device seen in a number of Marks & Spencer stores.
