French lingerie label Empreinte has incorporated cutting-edge holographic technology into a seductively surreal promotional campaign to mark the opening of its first concept store, based in Paris. A ghostly hologram of a lingerie-clad masked model, visible through the store’s windows, appears in the darkness of the store after closing hours.
The nocturnal digi-nymph entices passers-by to stop and take a closer look as she parades through the store, until eventually disappearing in a shower of stars. The concept was devised by Parisian trends forecasting and design agency Groupe Carlin International, and French holographic specialists Animatik.
