Razorfish’s digital store concept

The following video shows a collaboration between Razorfish and Adobe on a future store concept. Customers use the store’s mobile app when they enter the store. The Store Associates then get notified on their tablet and the digital screens in the store then show more personalised content to the customer who has entered the store. The video also shows the application RFID tags being placed on footwear which is used to trigger information about this product to be projected onto a digital screen. The colleague’s tablet is used for store operations and clienteling.
