Argos play interactive game on huge digital sign

Commuters at two London’s railway stations will be able to compete for bundles of Argos prizes by playing an interactive game against other mobile users on a giant 40 metre wide digital sign at the stations. This is one of the first examples of interactive public gaming using digital signs in public areas. “Mobile channels present a huge opportunity and with the number of customers using mobile devices to shop with us continuing to grow, we wanted to create a fun and interactive way for them to engage with Argos in a convenient location,” explained Carl Nield, head of brand marketing at Argos. “
